Harry Smith
Harry Smith has spent 62 years working, beginning at the age of nine with an afternoon newspaper delivery route that he continued and expanded until he completed college Harry is now retired from Schilling Enterprises, where he was co-owner, Chairman, and CEO Between 1980 and 2005, Harry managed as many as 1,000 employees at Schilling (revenue base of $100 million), which operated automobile dealerships, real estate holdings, trucking firms, HVAC services, and auto parts distribution Harry also served as Chairman of Circle “Y” Saddles, Inc, 2003-2009, and is currently active with HNB Partners (d/b/a Schilling Farms), a 448-acre planned business development in Collierville, Tennessee
Harry earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of North Alabama, and he earned his CPA following that
Throughout his lifetime, Harry has been involved with numerous professional and civic organizations, past and current religious affiliations and services and was inducted into membership in the Society of Entrepreneurs in 2004 He also serves as a Board Member with the Regional Medical Center and with the Urban Youth Initiative
Harry and his wife, Beth, have one adult daughter and three grandchildren In his leisure time, he enjoys church activities, golf, and travel

Ann Langston
Ann Langston formally joined Church Health’s staff in 1999 after many years of active volunteer service to the organization Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science as well as her Juris Doctorate at Southern Methodist University She serves on the Boards of the Southwest Tennessee Community College Foundation and the Community Redevelopment Agency, among many other community boards and committees
Ann and her husband, Dudley, have two adult children, and they attend St John’s United Methodist Church In her free time, Ann enjoys traveling anywhere and everywhere, reading, and spending time with her family

Craig Strickland
Dr Craig Strickland began Hope Church in Memphis, TN in 1988 in a living room with eight original members Hope has reached out to people and churches of all denominations and faith communities with a message filled with hope and guided by a commitment to servant-leadership at every level
Today, Hope welcomes over 7000 members and visitors every weekend
Craig graduated from Memphis State University and received both his Masters of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California He was the founding member and Chairman of the Board of The Memphis Leadership Foundation and has served on numerous committees involving church growth He is currently Chaplain of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, The Germantown Police Department and Chief Chaplain of the Tennessee Public Safety Network
Craig lives in Germantown with his wife, Lee, and their two dogs, Barklee & Charlee They have three adult children; Emily (married to Scott), Tucker, and Taylor (married to Jessica), and two grandchildren, Scottie and West

Josh Roberts
Mr Roberts is the Client Engagement Director at Southern Growth Studio, a growth strategy and innovation consultancy in Memphis, TN He is also the co-founder and operations manager of Memphaceuticals, a pharmaceutical start up focused on a novel thermal burn therapy
Mr Roberts graduated from the University of Memphis in 2003 before starting a career in advertising and public relations working for clients including LG Electronics, Verizon Wireless, Giant Bicycle, FedEx, and more
Mr Roberts lives in Memphis with his wife, Jessica, and their son, Judah
